Simon has competed in triathlons since 1992. He representend Great Britain in 1996 and again in 2008, when he won a silver medal at the World Championships.  He is a certified coach, NLP practitioner, Wellness Coach, Franklin Covey Coach and ASCM instructor.

Simon started group training sessions for triathletes 10 years ago to maximize effectiveness and to build team spirit.
